This is probably good for Commander. Leovold is the definition of unfun. One opponent drawing all they want while everyone else is limited to just one is misery. I do feel bad for the people who bought foils though. That’s gotta be rough on the wallet.
Protean Hulk unban is interesting. Maybe they’re not afraid of it comboing off anymore? Either way it’s fine for me. Hulk will go right into my Gitrog Monster deck.

auuuuggggghhh i just started to make this now it is banned. :'(
I never had a problem with Leovold being a commander. I’ve had my far share of wins and losses against the deck. I feel he shouldn’t be banned.
